Glashütte Senator Automatic: Incredible Big Date!

As I put this watch on, I was amazed by the big date.

I knew the „Big Date“ feature (in Germany we call it Panoramadatum) from A. Lange & Söhne watches. So I thought this is kind a „copy“ of Lange, but it is not. They both have different „date“ mechanism. The two numeral plates in A.Lange & Soehne watch rotate on two different windows whereas in Glashuette on one window.

Senator is a basic model of Glashütte and surely becoming one of my favourite watches.

This watch looks elegant, sporty and catchy because of the „Panoramadatum“.

A must buy watch for collectors who love watches made in Germany.
